About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategy for pricing intelligence and supplier performance.
  • Design pricing systems using predictive modeling, elasticity signals, and real-time anomaly detection.
  • Transform transactional data into automated performance signals and pricing diagnostics.
  • Establish and maintain the single source of truth for revenue, margins, commission rates, transactions, and cancellations.
  • Design model evaluation, monitoring, and feedback frameworks, including drift detection.
  • Implement large-scale proactive systems to detect financial inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, finance, and commercial teams to deliver production-grade infrastructure integrated with models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of AI-native products and model-driven systems in production.
  • Hands‑on experience: Ability to write prompts, design evaluation tests, or prototype with LLMs/foundation models in your workflow (not just manage others).
  • AI lifecycle management: Proficiency in problem definition, signal design, evaluation metrics (e.g., precision/recall trade-offs), monitoring frameworks, and retraining strategies.
  • Large-scale systems: Experience deploying predictive systems, anomaly-detection platforms, or automated decisioning infrastructure.
  • Technical skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with massive transactional datasets.
  • Domain expertise: Experience with pricing systems, financial reporting platforms, or reconciliation frameworks.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts across technical, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
