About the role

  • Performance Media Specialist at Glassroom overseeing and optimizing digital campaigns for clients. Driving performance and collaboration within the team and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign management and optimization: Structure, launch and independently monitor the delivery and performance of your search, social and programmatic campaigns.
  • Performance culture: Ensure continuous, proactive optimization of accounts based on clients' business objectives (CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Quality control and mentorship: Oversee traffic, campaign setup and platform hygiene of more junior campaign managers to guarantee execution excellence.
  • Impact analysis and reporting: Produce and analyze weekly performance reports to extract clear insights on drivers, blockers and next steps.
  • Client relations: Actively participate in preparing and presenting digital media strategies and media plans to clients, explaining results in plain language and proposing clear recommendations.
  • Strategy and innovation: Contribute to the development of media strategy (media plans, roadmaps) and test new features or industry trends (AI, measurement tools).

Requirements

  • University or college degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field (a specialization in digital marketing is an asset).
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Deep expertise in paid advertising environments, including programmatic, social platforms and SEM/PPC (Google Ads, META, DV360, Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Practical knowledge of data tracking mechanisms (UTM conventions, GA4, ad servers) and interest in advanced solutions (Value-Based Bidding, server-side tracking).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning).
  • Excellent written and verbal French skills to collaborate effectively with the team and clients (strong English proficiency highly recommended).
