About the role
- Senior Associate leading Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay implementations for Huron’s Higher Education consulting clients. Driving functional design, configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations focused on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients
- Manage Oracle Cloud implementation projects through discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support
- Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams on end-to-end design
- Facilitate client workshops and document business requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness
- Gather and document current-state processes and future-state solution designs
- Lead client-facing project or work-stream activities, project management, intensive data analysis, and client-ready presentations
- Develop Analysts and Coachees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing and interfacing with business users
- Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities
- Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into documentation
- Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
