About the role
- Data Engineer responsible for designing and optimizing data pipelines for iA Financial Group. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of data management solutions (data warehouses, data marts, data lakes)
- Prepare, transform and structure data required for training supervised machine learning models
- Develop, test, deploy and productionize machine learning and AI models in cloud environments (Azure, GCP)
- Establish and maintain DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, pipeline monitoring and model reproducibility
- Document delivered solutions and contribute to their sustainability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related fields
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong expertise in designing and orchestrating ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, with excellent SQL skills
- Extensive experience with cloud databases, notably Snowflake, and with Azure and GCP platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in French and intermediate knowledge of English
