About the role
- Director of Security Operations responsible for security operations and compliance at PPI. Leading teams and developing strategies to enhance security posture and manage incidents.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations
- Ensure compliance with iAFG Security Policy Framework
- Develop annual budget for security goals
- Document and manage Security Operations Team
- Collaborate on security operations tasks
- Provide on-going management and development for team
- Lead in DevSecOps initiatives
- Assist in understanding security audit failures
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- A minimum of seven years of IT experience, with five years in an information security role and at least four years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership abilities to develop and guide team members
- Deep understanding of NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.
- Deep understanding of cyber threat landscape, practices, tools, and technologies
- Skilled in project management; able to manage multiple priorities
- Track record of outstanding results aligning with corporate objectives
- Analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate to controls
- Experience in application and system technology security testing
- Must be able to travel.
