Responsibilities

Manage the full transaction process, including purchases and systematic withdrawals
Process mutual fund and segregated fund transactions within established service standards
Ensure compliance with control measures through report analysis and reconciliations
Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and client complaints referred to the team
Communicate regularly with advisors, clients, and business units across the organization
Collaborate in developing and implementing administrative procedures

Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork abilities
Ability to manage stress and maintain quality standards in a high-volume environment
College diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Comfortable using computer applications and technology
Knowledge of the mutual fund industry and financial services products considered an asset
Knowledge of accounting and taxation considered a strong asset
Fully bilingual in English and French
Ability to communicate, process files, and exchange correspondence with English- and French-speaking colleagues, advisors, and clients across Canada
