About the role
- Service Technician commissioning and repairing refrigeration and Waterloop systems for Schweitzer Project’s sustainable retail cooling business. Supporting customers across Canada and the USA while travelling and collaborating internationally.
Responsibilities
- Commission, service and repair advanced refrigeration and Waterloop systems
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot failures and get customers back up and running
- Upgrade, optimize and improve system performance
- Support customers on-site with technical expertise and practical solutions
- Work across Canada and the USA on exciting projects
- Collaborate with an international team of experts
Requirements
- Background in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechatronics or a similar technical field
- Field service experience is a strong advantage
- Hands-on, resourceful and passionate about technology
- Comfortable travelling and working independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
- Good English skills
- German or Italian is a bonus
- Valid driver's license
