About the role
- Intermediate Business Systems Analyst assisting with investigations and remediation of issues, leading application-related projects, and collaborating with stakeholders for successful deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in the investigation and remediation of issues
- Document systems and acceptance criteria based on business requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize requests
- Identify opportunities and implement processes to improve speed of delivery and quality of deliverables
- Provide data to business stakeholders for review and remediation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Systems Analysis or relevant post-secondary education
- Intermediate experience in SQL/Oracle, Confluence, SPLUNK, ITSM tools, and process mapping tools
- Experience conducting impact analysis in an enterprise environment
- Working experience with Agile methodology
- Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical people
- Experience in facilitating/leading cross-functional groups with demonstrated success
