About the role
- Senior NetSuite Administrator overseeing ERP optimization and integration support for a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP ecosystem
- Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields
- Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity across all NetSuite modules
- Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports to support finance, operations, and leadership teams
- Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and product teams to gather and document business requirements
- Manage and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms including Workato, Orderful, Propel, and Akeneo
- Support ERP processes related to big box retailers, EDI transactions, and marketplace operations
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance operational workflows
- Maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Support internal teams with training, troubleshooting, and system adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ERP Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst
- Strong expertise in NetSuite administration, including configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, and custom fields
- Advanced experience with NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience managing ERP integrations and middleware platforms such as Workato or similar iPaaS tools
- Familiarity with EDI platforms and retail integrations, preferably Orderful
- Experience supporting consumer goods, retail, supply chain, or distribution businesses
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Knowledge of marketplace integrations (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
- Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, or NetSuite custom development
- Experience supporting big box retail partners and EDI transactions (PO, ASN, invoices)
- Experience working in high-growth consumer goods or retail environments
