About the role
- Online English writing and analysis teacher delivering prepared small-group classes for JadeClass Education Singapore. Teaching bright students ages 6–16 through live ClassIn lessons.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging high-energy online classes in a 1 on 8 format
- Review materials and participate in practice sessions to ensure quality
- Complete a series of classes without absences or rescheduling
- Teach two 90-minute online lessons each week
- Use the ClassIn platform
- Facilitate multiple-choice activities, student-submitted written work, and direct oral interaction
- Commit to scheduled teaching days on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Prepare for lessons and record a demo without students when required

- Able to guarantee preparation for and attendance at each scheduled lesson
- Fun personality, talkative
- Logical, able to explain concepts clearly and simply
- A good imitator, able to watch others teach and emulate them

- Perfect Oral Grammar, Precise Diction, Clear Enunciation

- 1–2 minute introduction video required
- Introduction video must discuss education and teaching background
- Video file must be smaller than 20MB if submitted as a file
Benefits
- $66 USD per hour for each new lesson taught ($100 per 90-minute lesson)
- $50 USD per hour for each repeated lesson taught ($75 per 90-minute lesson)
- Further teaching opportunities available in the spring
- Monthly remuneration through Wise, between the 10th and 12th of the month
