- Senior Web Designer at Jane responsible for leading design execution and web experience optimization. Collaborating with engineering and marketing to build a high-performing web platform.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the design execution behind Jane’s next-generation web experience
- Raise the bar for web experience with accessible, performant, and beautifully crafted UX and UI
- Lead the evolution of marketing website design system and scalable components
- Translate refreshed brand into a cohesive web experience
- Drive large-scale website redesign work with care and pragmatism
- Own web design outcomes in close partnership with engineering and web marketing
- Collaborate with partners across various teams to align design intent with technical execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in web, product, or systems design
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading large-scale website redesigns
- Deep expertise in design systems and component libraries
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong UX foundations with knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality web work at scale
