About the role

  • Senior Technical Product Manager leading Jerry.ai’s AI platform for car and home ownership. Consolidating prompts, prioritizing chatbot development, and guiding emerging AI investments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Jerry.ai’s customer-facing Agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs
  • Integrate Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App with partners such as OpenAI
  • Learn and improve prompt engineering workflows by writing and updating prompts
  • Understand how Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit interact and identify bottlenecks
  • Define and execute prompt consolidation from six locations onto a unified platform
  • Sequence work and align engineering, data, operations, and other teams
  • Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot
  • Track voicebot and computer-use technologies and determine when serious investment is warranted
  • Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store
  • Influence AI investment and architectural decisions for the platform’s future state

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
  • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
  • Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
  • Strong familiarity with AI and experimentation with custom workflows
  • Comfort discussing API design and system architecture
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for any audience
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort using data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
  • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example when implementing AI platform standards
  • Ability to reside in an eligible hiring location: specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
