About the role

  • Technical Product Manager owning Agentic AI platform strategy for Jerry.ai, which manages car and home ownership. Consolidating prompts, prioritizing chatbot development, and guiding emerging AI investments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer-facing Agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.
  • Integrate Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities with partners such as OpenAI.
  • Own the AI platform strategy while keeping the current platform running.
  • Learn and improve the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts.
  • Understand how Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit interact and identify bottlenecks.
  • Define and execute the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
  • Sequence prompt consolidation work and align engineering, data, operations, and other teams.
  • Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot team.
  • Track voicebot and computer-use technologies and determine when serious investment is warranted.
  • Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store.
  • Bring a point of view and influence AI investment decisions.
  • Report directly to the COO.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup.
  • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs.
  • Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
  • Deep interest and hands-on experience with AI, including building custom workflows.
  • Ability to discuss API design and system architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for any audience.
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort using data to answer questions and validate hypotheses.
  • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards.
  • Experience or familiarity with Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit workflows.
  • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Full-time salaried employment only for this role; the employer does not accept applications from other residence locations.
