Responsibilities
Bring your team together to review progress on assigned tasks
Review notable bugs and determine the best approach to address them
Communicate regularly with leads from other disciplines to plan, assess risks, and deliver on schedule
Code alongside your team members on a daily basis
Keep your project manager informed of the status of your assignments and meet with other leads to discuss process improvements and share technologies
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Excellent knowledge of low-level programming (C++)
Knowledge of other programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or others
Several years of solid programming experience
Familiarity with game engines or experience in embedded software development or similar
Experience managing a team of programmers or equivalent leadership experience
Excellent communication skills and strategic leadership
Ability to remain calm under pressure and focus on finding solutions
Understanding of video game production and strong interpersonal skills with non-technical stakeholders
