About the role
- Robotics Analyst conducting research and data analysis to optimize cleaning robot technologies across KBS operations. Responsible for performance analysis and training documentation related to robot processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide business analysis for robot-enabled operations
- Utilize Tableau and robot management systems to analyze performance data
- Document and create process diagrams for robot workflows
- Develop training documentation for robot processes
- Identify and recommend improvements to automation processes
- Review and track data across robot platforms and internal systems
- Monitor robot fleets for anomalies, downtime, and performance
- Prepare variance analyses and ROI evaluations
Requirements
- 2 years related prior work experience including trend analysis
- Direct experience working with Tableau and PowerBI
- Exceptional Excel skills - Familiarity with Visio is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration some Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with robotics or IoT preferred
