About the role

Staff Software Developer building performant full-stack features for Kinaxis’s AI-infused supply chain orchestration platform. Developing TypeScript, React, and C# solutions for complex global supply chains.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality features with a strong emphasis on exceptional user experience and performance
Prepare and present technical designs, considering input from team members and stakeholders
Plan, design, and implement automated tests to ensure reliability
Create prototypes and conduct design explorations to clarify requirements and resolve technical uncertainty
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers
Innovate with Generative AI and new technologies
Develop full-stack application features using TypeScript, React, and C# for users visualizing their supply chains

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent related discipline
5-7 years of progressive software development experience, including experience working on one or more enterprise-grade software applications
Experience leading development on several high complexity features
Strong advocacy for product quality and building highly maintainable software
Solid understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming
Experience with C# and .NET Core
Familiarity with data modeling and semantics
Highly competent in adopting and applying new tools to maximize velocity, including AI
Experience with at least one front-end framework or library (React, Vue, Angular, etc.; React preferred)
Experience developing reliable, efficient, and scalable APIs
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure
Clear, concise, and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and engage listeners at the appropriate level
