About the role

  • Systems Engineer performing technical planning and system integration for L3Harris. Collaborating with teams to develop test plans and support complex systems analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation
  • Support development of test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, and test reports
  • Perform Reliability, Maintainability, Availability Analyses
  • Analyze complex systems and implement troubleshooting solutions • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including engineers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Experience translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's level degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years project engineering experience or related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication (French and English)
  • Experience with DOORS requirements management software or similar
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status; Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
