About the role
- Senior Transient Analysis Engineer responsible for hydraulic analysis in EPC projects. Leading technical roles on transient phenomena and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct thorough steady-state and transient hydraulic analyses for pipeline and facility piping systems.
- Develop, validate, and maintain hydraulic and transient models using industry-standard simulation tools.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering calculations and technical reports.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- 10+ years of dynamic experience in process, pipeline, or facility hydraulics engineering.
- Proven experience in evaluating surge, water hammer, slugging, and dynamic operating scenarios.
- P.Eng. registration with APEGA and/or EGBC, or eligibility to obtain, is essential.
