Sales and Client Solutions Manager driving revenue and establishing strong client relationships for FeeWise by LEAP. Handle interactions and improve payment solutions in a hybrid model in Canada.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging product demos and drive sales to increase revenue
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payments, billing, and platform functionality
Build and maintain strong relationships to support client retention and satisfaction
Provide training and guidance on product features, best practices, and platform updates
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
Collaborate with product and support teams to relay client feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements
Proven sales experience, ideally within the legal industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in a customer-facing or client success role
A proactive, customer-centric approach to sales and support
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Background in Sales, Business, Customer Service, or Communications
Experience with payment processing systems or financial platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools
Previous experience in legal tech or SaaS environments
