Responsibilities
Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance
Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce ad hoc analysis dependency and create sustainable self-service capabilities
Lead the strategy and evolution of dashboards and reporting products in Tableau and other BI platforms
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations leaders to identify opportunities
Drive adoption of centralized metric definitions, semantic layers, and data governance standards
Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, customer retention analysis, and revenue intelligence initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or related fields
2+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives
