Responsibilities
- Establish a positive rapport and a strong understanding of learners' needs while actively engaging them
- Deliver tutoring sessions
- Complete electronic administrative documents within required deadlines.
Requirements
- A university bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Strong proficiency with information and communication technologies, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Teams, as tutoring sessions are conducted 100% virtually
- Possession of a functional computer equipped with a webcam/video capability
- Professionalism, energy, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different types and levels of learners
- Experience in tutoring or teaching is an asset
- Knowledge of the Canadian federal public service exams and A, B, and C levels is an asset
