About the role

Responsibilities
- Establish a positive rapport and a clear understanding of learners’ needs while actively engaging them
- Deliver tutoring sessions
- Complete electronic administrative documents within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong comfort using information and communication technologies, in particular Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, as tutoring sessions are conducted 100% virtually
- Access to a working computer equipped with a webcam/video capability
- Professionalism, energy, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different types and levels of learners
- Tutoring or teaching experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the Federal Public Service of Canada exams and A, B, and C levels is an asset
