Responsibilities
Lead, learn, and grow while playing a key role in supporting territory sales strategies and in meaningful advisor engagement
Be at the heart of business development activities, directly contributing to pipeline generation, event execution, and outreach to strategic advisors
Provide temporary support for broader business initiatives and offer ad hoc assistance to the wider retail sales team
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by monitoring advisor engagement and ensuring follow-up steps are taken to maximize opportunities
Coordinate advisor events, webinars, and sponsorship initiatives in collaboration with marketing and compliance teams
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet brand expectations, budget, and company priorities
Maintain CRM data with a high level of accuracy and integrity
Assist with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, expense processing, and internal documentation
Support broader sales initiatives and special projects as needed
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, financial services, or client-facing roles
Experience in asset or wealth management is a strong asset
CSC designation is not required but considered an asset
Bilingual in French and English required
Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn and grow within a competitive, fast-evolving industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
