About the role

  • Commissioning Specialist executing commissioning activities for Mantel's molten-salt-based carbon capture technology. Collaborating with teams for startup and ensuring compliance with safety standards on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities under the direction of the Commissioning Director\n• Walkdowns, loop checks, interlock verification, flushing, leak testing, and startup sequencing\n• Coordinate day-to-day on-site activities with contractors, trades, and host-site operations personnel\n• Maintain accurate commissioning records: completed procedures, punch lists, test results, and field observations\n• Execute all work in compliance with site safety requirements, LOTO procedures, and Mantel's operating standards

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial plant commissioning, construction, or operations\n• Relevant field experience and demonstrated commissioning competency are what count\n• French speaking is a plus
