Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily administrative management
  • Participate in the management of financial and material resources
  • Perform basic accounting tasks
  • Contribute to the development and automation of procedures
  • Maintain relationships with partners and clients
  • Create and manage project schedules and timelines
  • Support budget preparation for certain projects
  • Attend meetings, evaluations and post-event reviews

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled students in administration
  • Currently enrolled students in business management
  • Currently enrolled students in project management or any related field
  • Organized, proactive and autonomous
  • Good sense of initiative
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
