Mortgage Specialist selling Manulife Bank financial solutions and collaborating with advisors. Focus on client needs and building relationships in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Sell and promote Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select and associated lending solutions
Develop a consumer client base to facilitate the direct sale of lending solutions
Ensure efficient and flawless delivery to the client
Act as a conduit for feedback from the field
Partner with Business Development Managers and other banking specialists

Proven track record of high performance within a busy sales environment
High energy and self-motivation combined with a positive attitude
Solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages (3-5 years)
5 or more years of financial services experience is preferred, or in a sales/service capacity
Proven consultative sales capability
Aptitude for learning and using technology for business purposes
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Analytical and decision-making skills
Effective change management and organizational skills
Excellent customer and relationship management skills
Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
