Requirements
- 5+ years proven track record as a business analyst in insurance, financial services, or a similar environment
- Solid grasp of insurance product calculations and/or illustration systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills - written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to detail requirements and outcomes clearly and accurately
- Experience learning new tools and systems quickly
