Responsibilities
Drive program-level execution across multiple project workstreams
Co-ordinate dependencies, work you're doing, and timelines across Agile teams and shared services
Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments
Establish and maintain transparency of progress, achievements, and program health through reporting and tooling (Jira/Confluence)
Collaborate with Product Teams, Architecture, DevOps, Security and Business Customers to align priorities and ensure value delivery
Ensure readiness afor release cycles and coordinate integrated testing and delivery pipelines
Requirements
8+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or enterprise environment
5+ years of experience as a RTE, or Agile Program Manager
Deep understanding of Agile framework and Lean principles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields, with equivalent experience also considered
SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification or Program Consultant
Experience leading programs involving multi year transformation comprising of full stack technologies
Experience with the use of AI tools and supporting teams that use AI
Knowledge of compliance and governance in regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance)
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and vendors
