About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive program-level execution across multiple project workstreams
- Co-ordinate dependencies, work you're doing, and timelines across Agile teams and shared services
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments
- Establish and maintain transparency of progress, achievements, and program health through reporting and tooling (Jira/Confluence)
- Collaborate with Product Teams, Architecture, DevOps, Security and Business Customers to align priorities and ensure value delivery
- Ensure readiness afor release cycles and coordinate integrated testing and delivery pipelines
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience as a RTE, or Agile Program Manager
- Deep understanding of Agile framework and Lean principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields, with equivalent experience also considered
- SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification or Program Consultant
- Experience leading programs involving multi year transformation comprising of full stack technologies
- Experience with the use of AI tools and supporting teams that use AI
- Knowledge of compliance and governance in regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance)
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and vendors
