Responsibilities
Managing the service delivery of the Firm’s talent programs, including Recruitment, Conflict management, onboarding & integration, Off-boarding, Performance management, Compensation and others.
Providing operational subject matter expertise within designated Centre of Expertise.
Contributing to national Professional Resources initiatives and team operations.
Liaising with Firm members.
Leading processes and collaborating with Firm members to improve and update.
Identifying PR processes, tasks, and project improvement opportunities and collaborating with PRG team and Firm members.
Requirements
Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a professional services (or similar) environment.
Fluent bilingualism (French / English) is an asset.
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional client service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
Flexibility to new ideas, frequent change in priorities, etc.
