- Remote contact centre associate handling customer communications and issue resolution. Supporting MCI’s business process outsourcing and customer experience services from Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide product and service information clearly and accurately
- Record customer interactions and feedback in the system
- Collaborate with team members
- Participate in virtual training sessions
- Provide exceptional customer support remotely
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous contact center or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet home office setup
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada
- Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test
