About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and channel partners to uncover operational challenges of healthcare providers
- Deliver tailored, persuasive product demonstrations
- Lead the technical validation phase, answering questions on data integration and compliance
- Support partner sales teams by providing technical training and demo guidance
- Serve as the “voice of the product” during the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share market insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical presales or consulting role
- Experience collaborating with reseller, referral, or strategic partners
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent
- Effective communication skills to translate complex technical workflows into simple, value-driven stories
- Strong affinity for “under the hood” work
- A genuine care about using technology to improve the lives of seniors and patients
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions
