About the role

  • Digital Transformation Engineer at Renaissance designing and automating enterprise systems for efficiency in supply chain operations. Bridging IT and business process improvement through digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and automation of enterprise systems that modernize operations
  • Improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making, analytics, and application frameworks across the organization
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations across ERP, SQL databases, API’s, and Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse)
  • Develop data pipelines and semantic models to support real-time dashboards and predictive analytics
  • Optimize existing SQL queries, stored procedures, and data flows for performance and reliability
  • Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions to digitize manual business processes
  • Develop web applications (React/Node.js or equivalent) that connect securely to on-prem and cloud data sources
  • Automate data synchronization, reporting, and approval workflows across business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, develop Power BI dashboards, and ensure data integrity and governance
  • Create predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality) to map processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation
  • Support adoption, training, and documentation for new digital tools, data models, and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
  • Knowledge and use of MS Office suite and data management tools considered a strong asset
  • High level of professional ethics and conduct
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and decision making
  • Ability to utilize commonly accepted information systems and develop new processes to achieve continuous improvement
  • Sharing in a team-based environment and providing knowledge transfer when required
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely fashion; this is a fast-paced quick turnaround environment
  • Ability to collaborate with peers at all levels within the organization
  • Health and Safety conscious
  • Autonomous self-starter: systems thinker who can translate business needs into digital frameworks
