Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and automation of enterprise systems that modernize operations
- Improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making, analytics, and application frameworks across the organization
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations across ERP, SQL databases, API’s, and Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse)
- Develop data pipelines and semantic models to support real-time dashboards and predictive analytics
- Optimize existing SQL queries, stored procedures, and data flows for performance and reliability
- Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions to digitize manual business processes
- Develop web applications (React/Node.js or equivalent) that connect securely to on-prem and cloud data sources
- Automate data synchronization, reporting, and approval workflows across business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, develop Power BI dashboards, and ensure data integrity and governance
- Create predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality) to map processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Support adoption, training, and documentation for new digital tools, data models, and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
- Knowledge and use of MS Office suite and data management tools considered a strong asset
- High level of professional ethics and conduct
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and decision making
- Ability to utilize commonly accepted information systems and develop new processes to achieve continuous improvement
- Sharing in a team-based environment and providing knowledge transfer when required
- Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely fashion; this is a fast-paced quick turnaround environment
