About the role

  • QA Automation Engineer at MedMe responsible for quality assurance in pharmacy care management platform. Collaborating with agile teams to maintain testing strategies and high standards for clients.

Responsibilities

  • As a QA Automation Engineer at MedMe, you’ll be a key driver in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our pharmacy care management platform.
  • You will work closely with small, agile engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain testing strategies that support our platform across web and API interfaces.
  • This role is critical to maintaining the high standards our 4,500+ pharmacy clients rely on while helping MedMe expand into new markets and scale internationally.
  • You’ll help shape testing practices, influence development workflows, and ensure new features meet both functional and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • You are a QA Automation Engineer or SDET with a couple years of experience
  • You have a growth mindset and you seek out opportunities to grow
  • Your communication style is open, concise, and effective; you can easily explain technical concepts to non-technical parties
  • You care about the product and about the end-user
  • You have knowledge of test activities within release pipelines, including promoting artifacts from development to production through unit testing, regression testing, performance testing and more
  • You show potential to lead test design and implementation processes
  • You have an understanding of automation workflows and methodologies
  • You have an understanding of various test types including unit, integration, end-to-end, security, functional, performance, and load testing
  • You are skilled in reviewing automated test results, triaging failures, and verifying outcomes
