Responsibilities
- Game ideation and associated presentation and documentation work;
- Game design and associated presentation and documentation work;
- Presenting the above and representing META4 to META4’s clients and partners;
- Level design and game scripting;
- Mentoring game designers, scripters and level designers;
- Participation in the hiring process for designers / scripters / level designers;
- Participation in the career development of game designers, scripters and level designers;
- Participation in evaluating tasks and setting priorities and schedules.
