About the role
- Full-Stack Developer building React/.NET growth experiments for Method’s SMB business software. Improving onboarding, conversion, subscriptions, and customer workflows through AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship experiment variations end to end across React / TypeScript and .NET Core
- Own implementation decisions within the approved experiment scope, with review and coaching
- Work across the early user journey, including acquisition, activation, and subscription systems
- Instrument and monitor features to measure experiment performance
- Use AI to understand requirements, generate and refactor code, and validate work before shipping
- Write automated tests alongside implementations and collaborate with QA
- Escalate scope expansion, architectural impact, customer data risks, or unverifiable AI-generated output
- Collaborate with the Growth tech lead, Product, Design, and QA
- Ship experiments to production and support releases and monitoring
Requirements
- 3+ years building and shipping production web applications across front end and back end
- Strong backend fundamentals in C# / .NET Core, or equivalent in Java, Node or a comparable stack
- Strong frontend fundamentals in React / TypeScript, or equivalent in Angular or Vue
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and an ORM
- Solid grasp of API design, real-world debugging, and clean, maintainable code
- Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing
- Comfort shipping lean MVPs and iterating based on results
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude, Codex, Copilot or equivalent
- Ability to verify and take ownership of AI-generated output before shipping
- Ability to protect customer data and accounts
- Clear communication of trade-offs and uncertainty; asks for help early
