Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of digital products, including web applications, Cloud Native services, and back-end integrations
- Contribute to architecture decisions and propose improvements to reduce complexity and optimize the user experience
- Drive projects from ideation through delivery, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions to help shape product direction
- Identify opportunities for improvement and champion innovative solutions
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and work quality
- Contribute to DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment, observability, and secrets management
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create innovative, high-quality user experiences
- Engage directly with clients, present technical solutions, and guide teams toward stronger practices
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English and French
- Solid front-end experience with TypeScript, React, or Angular
- Back-end experience with Elixir, .NET, or Python
- Experience with REST or GraphQL web services
- Understanding of modern deployment tools and DevOps principles
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Demonstrated autonomy and initiative throughout your career
- Deep understanding of software development and architecture fundamentals
