Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on target segments, business signals, and alignment with Mirego’s expertise.
Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and how Mirego can deliver meaningful value, while maintaining a high volume of prospecting activity.
Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure thorough and effective follow-up.
Track established KPIs (e.g., number of calls, lead conversion rate, etc.) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
Monitor and analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns and provide concrete recommendations to optimize results.
Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and webinars to build connections and strengthen brand awareness.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector.
You are comfortable traveling regularly to our Montreal offices or to client sites.
You understand digital ecosystems as well as various web and mobile platforms and their constraints.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
You can quickly build trusted relationships and identify business opportunities.
You are results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
You have experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and are proficient with prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn.
You can analyze market data and tailor your messaging to specific target segments.
You can manage a high volume of prospecting activity without compromising quality.
