Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, and firmware development
Drive product architecture, technical strategy, and engineering decision-making
Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and development priorities
Guide products through EVT, DVT, and PVT stages of development
Support system integration, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting activities
Ensure products are designed for manufacturability, reliability, and scalability
Contribute to project planning, technical reviews, and risk management activities
Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience in hardware product development
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Strong PCB design experience using tools such as Altium Designer
Mechanical CAD experience using SolidWorks, Onshape, or equivalent platforms
Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and system integration
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing embedded systems and firmware-integrated products
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and product certification processes
Experience working directly with external clients or stakeholders
Understanding of DFM, DFA, and production scaling considerations
Experience mentoring engineers and supporting team development
