Responsibilities

Gather and analyze client requirements, addressing business challenges and opportunities
Evaluate and enhance existing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Extract insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Design solutions and document specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals
Manage projects, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Bridge communication between clients and internal teams, adapting to diverse audiences
Support change management by facilitating smooth transitions to new strategies or systems
Stay updated on industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to client engagements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus
Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services context
Sound grasp of business analysis principles, methods, and best practices
Proficiency in conducting requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BABOK)
Knowledge of SQL, prior SQL experience preferred
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their implementation
Experience with tools and technologies used in business analysis and project management
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
