About the role
- Full Stack Developer analyzing unstructured data and creating tools for senior leaders at Morgan Stanley. Collaborating on various Labs projects to drive innovation and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Implement various Labs projects by collaborating with Innovation Labs stakeholders
- Collect business intelligence data from multiple sources and build new dashboards, reports and tools
- Analyze data and identify trends to present actionable insights to the Labs's leadership
- Prepare analytical reports to summarize findings and share with stakeholders using PowerPoint
- Own the data governance process ensuring data accuracy
- Maintain and upscale existing internally developed tools, reports, and dashboards
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a software development role
- Familiar with Software development CICD best practices
- Functional programming knowledge in SQL, Python, and JavaScript
- PHP is a bonus but not required
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and forms with firm tools: JIRA, Indigo...
- Demonstrated research skills and experience discerning powerful insights from various sources of data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in Technology
