About the role

EHS Training Specialist designing and delivering safety training for Mosaic's phosphate and potash operations. Supporting regulatory compliance, employee development, and learning initiatives onsite in Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions using adult learning principles
Facilitate training programs and coordinate third-party certification training
Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to support business priorities and learning needs
Lead training initiatives from planning through execution using project management tools and processes
Evaluate and continuously improve training programs and materials
Develop training content using existing technologies while exploring new tools that enhance learning and efficiency
Ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and the Mosaic Management System (MMS)
Help shape learning experiences that prepare employees to work safely, confidently, and effectively across Mosaic operations
Partner with EHS professionals, operations leaders, and subject matter experts across multiple Mosaic locations

High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience
Experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) environments
Change management experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
Some travel may be required to support facilitator-led training and business needs across Mosaic locations
