Frontend Engineer developing user-friendly web interfaces for financial trading platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within a global financial institution environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-friendly web interfaces for trading platforms.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability in a real-time data environment.
Build and integrate REST APIs and WebSockets to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Utilize Tailwind CSS and other frameworks to create responsive, consistent designs that enhance user experience across devices.
Maintain brand consistency throughout the design process and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Implement robust front-end security measures to protect against common vulnerabilities.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and continuously improve the front-end architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Vanilla JS, ReactJS, NextJS, and Vue.js
Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries like jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, WebPack, NPM, and CSS pre-compilers (Sass, LESS)
Experience in building performance-critical and secure web applications, preferably in a fintech or trading environment
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for rapid and consistent UI development
Understanding of real-time data visualization and handling, including WebSockets
Familiarity with Agile development methodology, version control tools (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with server-side frameworks (e.g., NodeJS, Laravel) is a plus
