A large Telco seeks an AI Product Owner to drive Contact Center AI services, bridging business strategy and technical execution.
About the role
- Technical Product Manager leading platform-level product initiatives for ERP systems at Multiview. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions while adhering to compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, lead platform‑level product initiatives and work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Understand platform‑level problems and technical constraints affecting our clients.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear product problems, priorities, and outcomes.
- Lead the definition and delivery of platform and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, identity, security, APIs, and tenancy.
- Partner closely with Engineering to balance innovation with system stability, compliance, and operational risk.
- Ensure platform capabilities align with ERP security requirements, regulatory obligations, and data protection standards.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI‑enabled capabilities in a responsible, secure, and customer‑focused manner.
- Act as a product advocate and subject matter expert for Multiview’s technical and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience working with enterprise or SaaS software products
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience with databases and data architecture, including managed vs hosted approaches
- Familiarity with APIs, identity & authentication, and multi‑tenant SaaS platforms
- Experience working in or supporting regulated environments such as ERP, financial systems, or PHI/HIPAA‑adjacent products
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex initiatives
