About the role
- Senior Staff Engineer supporting M3 environments at a Global Digital Product Engineering company. Responsible for resolving complex issues and ensuring business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Distribution
- Analyze existing business processes and provide functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps
- Perform functional configurations in M3 to support changing business requirements
- Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and interface issues
Requirements
- 6+ years of functional experience in Infor M3
- Strong knowledge of M3 programs such as OIS100, OIS300, PPS200, MMS001, and MWS410
- Basic understanding of how M3 Supply Chain interacts with Finance (FAM) and Infor OS (ION/BODs)
- Proven ability to handle "Business Critical" incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients.
