About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client deployment data to quantify solution ROI, measuring fraud losses prevented, efficiency gains, and investigation time saved.
  • Leverage consortium data from 2,700+ financial institutions to produce industry benchmark reports and peer performance comparisons.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create data-driven customer success stories, case studies, and presentation materials that demonstrate product effectiveness.
  • Monitor aggregated data to identify emerging fraud trends and money laundering patterns, translating findings into thought leadership content.
  • Present analytical insights to customers and stakeholders in executive briefings, quarterly business reviews, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis and visualization
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to translate complex findings into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across marketing, sales, and product teams in a matrixed environment
