Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while maintaining technical excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to improve code quality and workflows, actively contributing to discussions and presentations in front-end meetings.
  • Write automated tests and collaborate with the QA team to ensure robust, reliable code.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and code quality.
  • Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and give guidance on best practices.
  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, inclusivity, and technical curiosity where engineers can thrive and grow their skills.
  • Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers, helping them develop their technical expertise and career paths.

Requirements

  • More than 7 years of professional Front-End development experience.
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript, the React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus), and modern state management libraries.
  • Strong expertise in CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience in front-end performance optimization and monitoring.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
  • Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks.
  • Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change, with experience in a leadership or influential role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineers at all levels.
  • Commitment to writing high-quality code and continuously improving projects.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and Agile development processes.
  • Passion for software development with a track record of continuous learning and growth.
