- Own the end-to-end development of customer-focused data products
- Translate business questions from Go-To-Market and Product partners into clear requirements
- Explore product usage and feedback data
- Turn findings into dashboards, reports, and recommendations
- Advocate for data quality and performance
- Shape long-term analytics strategy around customers and their lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market and R&D partners
Requirements
- Skill in designing and building business intelligence dashboards (such as in Tableau)
- Experience in analytics roles focused on SaaS products
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance)
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Scala)
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience at a high-growth startup or scrappy team at a larger company
- Eager to serve as the primary data thought partner for cross-functional team
- Excited about providing “full-stack” data support
- Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools (Airflow, Dagster, dbt)
- Proven experience integrating multiple systems and pipelines
