About the role

Ingénieur.e/ Chargé.e de projets multidisciplinaires en infrastructure pour Norda Stelo. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification et coordonnation d projets d'envergure avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize coordination meetings, and coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
Manage risks, develop monitoring plans, and oversee inspections
Supervise and coordinate technical teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex projects, including bridges and road infrastructure
PMP certification or a master's degree in project management are strongly recommended
Excellent multidisciplinary coordination skills, contract management, and project administration
Proven leadership that motivates teams and a strong client focus
Attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong sense of priorities
Excellent communication skills
