About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize coordination meetings, and coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
- Manage risks, develop monitoring plans, and oversee inspections
- Supervise and coordinate technical teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex projects, including bridges and road infrastructure
- PMP certification or a master's degree in project management are strongly recommended
- Excellent multidisciplinary coordination skills, contract management, and project administration
- Proven leadership that motivates teams and a strong client focus
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong sense of priorities
- Excellent communication skills
