About the role

  • Product Manager developing advanced wireless solutions for law enforcement and defense markets. Leading product development from conception to commercialization while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market needs and opportunities in target sectors
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market expectations
  • Conduct market research and in-depth analyses to understand emerging trends, technologies and competitor strategies
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and understand evolving requirements
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market and sales strategies, including thought leadership and participation in trade shows
  • Stay up to date on regulatory and standards developments that could impact product development and deployment
  • Actively participate in bids and client proposals
  • 20% travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant product management experience, ideally in wireless communications or related technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, both commercial and defense (for example: cellular)
  • 5 years of experience in the SIGINT/EW (electronic warfare) market segment, with experience commercializing products or managing customer programs
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market studies and analyses
  • Excellent communication skills in English, leadership and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to obtain a NATO Secret security clearance, with potential for Top Secret (TS) level
  • Proficiency in French, spoken and written, is an asset
