Responsibilities
Identify market needs and opportunities in target sectors
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market expectations
Conduct market research and in-depth analyses to understand emerging trends, technologies and competitor strategies
Establish relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts
Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and understand evolving requirements
Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market and sales strategies, including thought leadership and participation in trade shows
Stay up to date on regulatory and standards developments that could impact product development and deployment
Actively participate in bids and client proposals

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science)
Minimum 5 years of relevant product management experience, ideally in wireless communications or related technology sectors
Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, both commercial and defense (for example: cellular)
5 years of experience in the SIGINT/EW (electronic warfare) market segment, with experience commercializing products or managing customer programs
Demonstrated ability to conduct market studies and analyses
Excellent communication skills in English, leadership and project management capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Ability to obtain a NATO Secret security clearance, with potential for Top Secret (TS) level
Proficiency in French, spoken and written, is an asset
