About the role

  • Organizational Change Manager leading change initiatives for IT consulting firm in Regina, Canada. Supporting clients in maximizing investments in business processes and information technology.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing organizational change management strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • Conducting stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Identifying change-related risks, barriers, and areas of resistance.
  • Developing and executing mitigation strategies to address stakeholder resistance and adoption challenges.
  • Creating and delivering communications strategies, plans, and materials.
  • Developing training, coaching, and engagement approaches to support change adoption.
  • Leading or supporting OCM workstreams and project teams.
  • Ensuring the consistent application of change management methodologies and best practices throughout project delivery.
  • Creating actionable change management plans, including: Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Change Management Plans, Business Readiness Assessments, Communications and Engagement Plans, Training and Learning Plans.
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops, meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions.
  • Partnering with project teams, business leaders, and sponsors to support successful change adoption.
  • Monitoring organizational readiness and adoption outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing communications and materials on behalf of executives, sponsors, and business leaders as required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years for a Lead role
  • 5-7 years in a supporting role
  • Prosci® or equivalent Change Management certification (CCMP)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycles, tools, and governance practices.
